1. General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings and apply consistently throughout the document:

• "Platform" refers to the bdokt website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who holds a registered account on bdokt.
• "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment offerings.
• "Wagering" refers to the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits that are not directly withdrawable and are subject to wagering requirements.

2.3 One Account Policy

Holding multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified for the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited. Family members may operate separate accounts from the same device or network, but bdokt must be notified in advance.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. You are advised to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at bdokt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. bdokt does not charge any deposit fees, though fees may apply from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for a successful withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different payment method will not be processed.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on both the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contribution may differ for certain games.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers apply once per member.
• bdokt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been met.

• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• The need to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.2 Closure by Member

In the case of voluntary account closure, an option to reopen the account under the responsible gaming policy is also available.

9. Intellectual Property
